Design Services
Cavan Office Furniture and Fit Out can assist you with the design of your office space. We provide an end-to-end solution from design and construction through to the delivery and installation of your new office furniture and fittings. No job is too big, or too small, so call us to book a free on-site measure and quote.
We can provide you with floorplans drawn to scale and in some instances 3-D renders so you can get a clear picture of how your space will look upon completion.

Delivery Options
The first thing to remember when it comes to delivery of your order is that most of our items are big and bulky. As a result, successful delivery of your order requires good communication and planning.
Option 1 - Free Pick Up
You are welcome to pick up your order from any of our warehouse locations. Please note that not all items on our webstore are held in stock in all locations but we will communicate with you as to when and where items can be picked up. Remember that you will need a suitable vehicle to transport your items.
Our head office and showroom is based in Smeaton Grange NSW, 2567. We also have showroom and office locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth. See suburb locations here or call us on 1300 460 560 to confirm your pick up location.
Option 2 - Bulky Goods Flat Packed Delivery
We deliver to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth Metro areas for $100.00 for most of our standard range. This can cover multiple products from the same warehouse.
Delivery to Hobart & Regional Areas is P.O.A. Please contact us for a quote.
Most of our webstore items are shipped flat packed with assembly instructions and tools included, allowing for DIY Installation. Generally the basic assembly tools (the good old allen key!) are included but we recommend also having a good set of screwdrivers and a cordless drill on hand. This will make your life much easier when assembling the majority of our flat packed items and boxed chairs.
Delivery price includes to ground level only and a 1 person delivery. If extra help is needed (for example 2 person lift), including stairs, lifts or site inspection, a quote will be needed in regards to supplying extra person/s.
Also note that some products are by special order delivery only due to one of the following:
- Custom made products/alterations, for example fabric colours or size change
- Products that requires 2 or more persons for delivery
- Special order items
- Oversized products
- Packaging limitations
PLEASE NOTE: that not all products are from the same warehouse so additional fees may appy if from a different warehouse or a direct shipment is required from one of our specialty suppliers. Confirmation of freight is provided before final order or payment is taken.
Option 3 - Bulky Goods Delivery, Assembly, Installation and Rubbish Removal
We provide an end-to-end delivery and installation service to most metro areas and some regional areas. Let us take care of your delivery and installtion so you can focus your time doing what you do. We will provide provide a detailed quote specific to your requirements. Delivery, Assembly, Installation and Rubbish Removal services start from $110. Successful delivery and installation of your order requires good communication and planning. To provide you with an accurate and detailed quote you will need to provide the follow information:
- Parking access for delivery vans and trucks (metered parking, loading zones?)
- Can we easily get your furniture into your building?
- Are there any stairs?
- Can longer and larger items get around corners or up stairwells?
- If there is a lift that is suitable for goods? What is the internal size of the lift and door entry size?
- Is power available for installation?
- Do you have a floorplan layout for installers to follow?
- Are site inductions or security checks required?

Can I make changes to my order after I have sent it? Yes you can change items after you have sent the order online. Please contact customer service on 1300 460 560 . Once orders have been processsed and shipped, we can not make any alterations. Also be aware that there is no option for change on special ordered lines or custom made once production starts.
