Cable Baskets for Discreet management of Power and Data Cables

Cavan offers a range of Soft Wiring Cable Baskets to suit multiple Desk and Workstation lengths, in Single or Dual Tier to easily and discreetly organise your power and data cabling.

Mount your Soft Wiring Outlets using Mounting Clips, and add Clips for your Data outlets.

Power can be fed from a Soft Wiring Starter Socket, or from a Standard outlet using a Soft Wiring Starter Lead.

Power can be branched from desk to desk using a Soft Wiring Interconnect Lead.

The SW series represent the latest generation of socket outlet designed by CMS Electracom. 

Softwiring couplers complying to the AS/NZS61535.1 connector standard are integrated into the moulding.

They comply with IP4X and hence there is no requirement to use safety end caps or tool only removable connectors.

The SW & NW series offers significant installation benefits as no tools are required for thin or thick panel mounting.

This speed of installation offers excellent labour savings. The SW & NW series feature a 10amp double pole, auto switched outlet. The SW & NW series is covered by the Energy Safe Certificate.

What is Softwiring?

Otherwise known as modular wiring, Softwiring is a plug-and-play system which supersedes the labour intensive method of hardwiring by utilising an interconnecting modular backbone which enables a versatile and tool-less installation between the ceiling, workstation and floor.
